We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU/IMCU team at UP Health System - Marquette. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care given and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1 year.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year.
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification within 1 year.
