- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area
- Restock supplies and merchandise as needed
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
