Practice SettingPostoperative care, inpatient, outpatient, admitting, discharging patients, first assist in surgery, rounding on patients.
Call ScheduleRandom days throughout the month, including weekends. 20 days.
Call Ratio1 in 3.
Documentation System/EMREpic.
Trauma Level/DesignationTrauma Level 1.
Will APP be Working AutonomouslyYes.
Supervising Physician Present During AssignmentDr. will be present during assignment time span, but the Physician's Assistant will need to be able to work alone while Dr. is seeing patients and while on call.
Requirements- Board Certified (NCCPA) - REQUIRED
- Active OH license - Highly Preferred (will accept providers in the process of obtaining their license)
- ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED
- Fellowship Trained in Plastic Surgery (will not ACCEPT new grads) - REQUIRED
