We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team in the Clunie Dining Room at The Fife Arms Hotel as a F&B Host. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, making menu recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of service, working collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Take orders and deliver service as per SOPs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Report any issues to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Strive for excellence in service quality, continually seeking ways to improve and enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist team members or help with other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
