We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals at Jobs Near me NY Limited. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care to patients and providing a supportive environment for their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
