Job Title: Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team at Professional Engineering Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including commercial and residential development, parks, sports complexes, and urban design.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications using CADD software.
  • Conduct preliminary site studies and site master plans.
  • Provide technical assistance and coordinate with clients and other professional disciplines on individual projects.
  • Visit project sites to monitor construction progress and work quality.
  • Project management.
  • Develop new business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Prepare supporting graphics for presentations, displays, and deliverable work products.
  • Assist with public presentations, meetings, and other community engagement activities.
Requirements:
  • An accredited bachelor's degree in landscape architecture is required.
  • An understanding of regulatory permit requirements, land development practices, zoning, and subdivision approval processes, and land use planning principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Sketchup required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and ESRI ArcGIS is desirable.
  • A goal to become licensed as a Professional Landscape Architect is required.
