Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the assistant/associate professor level in the Department of Management and Decision Sciences.
The Wall College of Business serves over 2,800 graduate and undergraduate students, offering undergraduate majors in six disciplines and graduate programs in business. The Department of Management and Decision Sciences houses one of the largest majors at the University, with enrollment of over 800.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in entrepreneurship and management, with a teaching load of 3 courses per semester.
- Research: The successful candidate will be required to engage in research and scholarship, resulting in quality publications.
- Service: The successful candidate will be required to participate in service activities, including undergraduate student advising, contributing to assessment of student learning outcomes, and other service to the college, university, community, and profession.
The successful candidate will possess a commitment to teaching excellence, demonstrated ability to produce quality scholarly research, and a commitment to involvement in service to the university and the profession. We seek candidates who will contribute to a climate that supports the growth and development of a diverse campus community.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
