Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

At Butterfly Pharmacy, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for compounding, dispensing prescribed medications, and counseling patients on the selection of medications and surgical supplies. You will also analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions. Additionally, you will work on Medicare billing, check prescriptions for accurate billing, and handle audit requests from the insurance company using a computerized database. Furthermore, you will manage inventory of controlled substances and ensure proper use. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work on call and weekends will be essential in assisting customers to fill prescriptions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science plus 1 year experience in the job offered. Must have a Pharmacist license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
