Job Title: Casino Floor Manager

At Silverado Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our casino floor, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise casino floor staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and control cash handling, including cash reconciliation and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact casino operations or customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in casino management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and policies.
