About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team at Boulder Post Acute. As a PRN, you will play a vital role in providing direct rehab care to patients, working closely with our dedicated team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral, following all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and support departments to plan for patient needs.
  • Make independent decisions when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Stay knowledgeable about practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post-acute care facilities.
Requirements
  • Licensed Professional: Must be currently registered/licensed in the applicable state and maintain an active license in good standing.
  • Qualified Candidate: Graduate of an accredited 2-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Experienced: One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting is preferred.
  • CPR Certified: Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation and keep it current throughout employment.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work on Fridays and some Saturdays.
