About the RoleAs a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will also ensure donor and staff confidentiality, provide donor education, and assist in employee training.
Requirements- Education and certification/licensure in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, Paramedic, or Emergency Medical Technician.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
