Job Title: Grounds Crew Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Grounds Crew Manager to lead our team of grounds crew members at Yard Perfect LLC. As a key leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 5-10 grounds crew members
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures
  • Coordinating with clients to meet their expectations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lawn maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Average salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
