Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Shelbyville team as a local floater. As a Physical Therapist with Upstream, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions, including general deconditioning, OA, post-op, balance, and vestibular cases.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that values accountability, adaptability, balance, compassion, excellence, inclusion, investment, servanthood, teamwork, and trust.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current or pending state licensure.
