Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Educate patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Deliver services in accordance with physician directives and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure in the state of practice.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
  • Basic technology skills, including proficiency with mobile devices.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in home health or hospice care is advantageous.

Requirements

  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Automobile liability insurance as mandated by law.
  • Reliable transportation in good working order.
  • Ability to drive safely in various weather conditions.
  • Current CPR certification for healthcare providers.
