Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ablation Specialist to join our team in NYC. As a Cardiac Ablation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments. You will also be responsible for training surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of our company devices, as well as providing guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments
  • Train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company devices
  • Provide guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional education teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Conduct in-person meetings with surgeons and support staff to discuss AtriCure technology and training programs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in an operating room, electrophysiology lab, or catheterization lab (industry or clinical setting preferred)
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels and franchises
  • Ability to travel 20-30% dependent on territory
  • Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes
