Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Weekend Baylor position at Aveanna Healthcare LLC is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and other health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of application.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medicare skilled nursing experience.
  • 1-year RN experience in a healthcare setting.
