Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic RN to deliver excellent patient care, facilitate effective communication among healthcare teams, and promote a culture of safety and respect within our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the NICU, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote open dialogue and foster a positive healthcare environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and respond quickly to changes in patient conditions.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
