Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Novato, California. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing essential therapy services to help them recover and maintain their independence.

Job Summary:

This is a travel position with a 13-week duration, requiring 40 hours of work per week. You will work 8-hour shifts, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, each with unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in California.
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain.
  • Previous experience with computer charting.
  • 6 months of previous home health care experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
