About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the management and strategic growth of our Wound Care Program at Healogics. This role requires a strong background in healthcare operations, marketing/community education, or clinical operations, with experience in managing teams and developing effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Center Operations: Oversees the day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and other wound continuum programs, continuously assessing current clinic flows, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop best practices.
  • Financial Management: Manages and coordinates all aspects of the revenue cycle, reviewing key financial reports, identifying key indicator trends, and developing plans to implement best practices to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Community Education/Marketing: Works directly with hospital and Healogics marketing departments to establish strategic marketing plans, planning, coordinating, and executing activities to increase patient referrals to the wound care center(s), and building and developing effective working relationships with panel physicians, clinical, and support staff.
  • Quality/Performance Improvement: Implements and manages a continuous Wound Care Center Performance Improvement Program, striving to meet quality indicators, ensures program is integrated into the partner hospital's PIP program, and monitors patient, referring physician, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
