Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and visitors, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident inquiries.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and door alarms to ensure resident safety and property security.
  • Process reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Receive and deliver packages, prescription medications, and other items as requested.
  • Maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
  • Respond to resident concerns and provide timely follow-up.
  • Provide a positive and professional demeanor to all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Three months of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
