Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare clerical role is desirable.
  • Proficient in English with clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong data processing abilities along with computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other departments.
  • Capability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
