- Perform clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of a billing course is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare clerical role is desirable.
- Proficient in English with clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong data processing abilities along with computer and typing skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and other departments.
- Capability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
