Your Role

As a Non-Routine Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing attachments such as images, feedback forms, and relevant schematics.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to clarify project scope and planning details.
  • Providing backup support to colleagues to ensure continuity in planning processes.
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Monitoring the delivery of long lead items to ensure timely arrival.
  • Tracking equipment repairs at external facilities to meet budget and timeline goals.
  • Collaborating with engineers to procure and monitor long lead materials.
  • Aligning with best practices across disciplines.
  • Ordering materials from suppliers and managing warehouse inventory.
  • Coordinating with field teams to prepare for material reception.
  • Ensuring availability of external services as scheduled.
  • Addressing discrepancies in bills of materials or inventory.
  • Including all necessary technical documentation in project packages.
  • Issuing packages to coordinators and reviewing execution details.
  • Finalizing work packages and archiving them appropriately.
Project Management and Cost Control
  • Assessing resource requirements.
  • Establishing project logic and timelines.
  • Managing procurement of materials and services.
  • Providing estimated costs for projects.
  • Tracking vendor costs and closing purchase orders post-project.
  • Reviewing open commitments in collaboration with cost analysts.
  • Scheduling all activities and disciplines, including project scopes.
  • Supporting the development of Primavera schedules.
  • Updating schedules and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Adjusting purchase orders to align with final account statements.
  • Closing purchase orders once invoicing is finalized.
  • Facilitating planning and resource support for developmental work during execution.
Qualifications
  • Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred experience in field planning, construction coordination, or technical roles.
  • Experience leading planning sessions for construction and engineering projects is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in developing scheduling documentation.
  • Familiarity with GSAP and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical skills to identify and implement necessary changes.
