Our Mission

Your Role

In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, assisting them in selecting the most suitable equipment to fulfill their requirements while striving to meet departmental sales and capacity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Foster key client relationships, negotiating and finalizing agreements.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive sales proposals that facilitate a smooth transition to the installation team.
  • Instill confidence in buyers by providing thorough and precise information regarding our offerings and pricing.
  • Generate excitement about Keefe's A/C, Heating & Electrical services and encourage customer referrals.
  • Develop expertise in your market area to better understand customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is essential, ideally in-home sales.
