Key Responsibilities:
  • Leasing and Marketing: Monitor property websites for accuracy, manage leasing calendar, show apartments to prospective renters, and maintain a minimum occupancy rating of 98%.
  • Move-In: Promote a positive new resident experience, schedule appointments, perform move-in inspections, and orient new residents to the building and community.
  • Move-Out/Apartment Turnover: Obtain notice to vacate, document relevant reason for moving, and collaborate with Portfolio Manager to ensure unit availability dates and pricing are accurately posted.
  • Resident Relations: Answer resident phone calls, maintain site office hours, host community events, and draft newsletters to inform and direct resident behavior.
  • Building Services: Walk the property daily, manage janitorial staff, ensure life and safety equipment is up to date, and work with Maintenance Team to ensure mechanical systems are operational.
  • Administration: Approve invoices, submit for timely payment, and keep the work area in good order.
