  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into effective technical enhancements.

  • Developing comprehensive proposals that detail feasibility, scalability, and associated costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with service lines and business leaders to assess business requirements and recommend necessary configuration changes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in managing complex projects that require significant resources and risk assessment.
  • Stabilizing core business applications while identifying infrastructure needs and optimizing performance.
  • Utilizing innovative methods to proactively address complex challenges that influence business outcomes.
  • Creating detailed technical specifications using data visualization tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to align project scope and system objectives.
  • Building and testing complex application functions to ensure quality delivery.
  • Troubleshooting integrated issues across applications and collaborating with vendors for resolution.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience with Epic systems, including design and configuration.
  • Epic certification in one or more modules, with a preference for Healthy Planet Analytics and Clinical Build Certification.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require:

  • Frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Regular use of vision and depth perception for tasks requiring close attention.
  • Frequent keyboard use and data entry.
