About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Integrated Care Clinician to join our team at I Am Boundless, Inc. As a key member of our Integrated Care Team, you will provide behavioral health services, including therapy and case management, to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy services in assigned treatment programs, offices, or community-based settings.
  • Engage in case consultations to ensure appropriate clinical collaboration, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients with complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to other therapists and case managers on the Integrated Care Team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Independently licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT).
  • At least two years of experience working with people with mental health conditions.
  • At least one year of experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
  • Able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed.
