Airworthiness Inspector Sr A&P

The Senior Airworthiness Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and airworthiness of aircraft and components in the Repair Station. This role involves conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality control inspections on aircraft and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
- Review and verify documentation, including maintenance records and inspection reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Mentor and train technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 years of experience in aircraft inspection, including 3 years of experience on large or mid-size aircraft.
- Airframe and Powerplant License required.
- Proficient in Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms and documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
The Senior Airworthiness Inspector will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
