Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to provide clinical services to children aged 2-6 with mental health diagnoses in our preschool day treatment program and/or outpatient skills services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day treatment skills training for preschool-aged children
- Document and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide direction and supervision to Mental Health Technicians
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences
- Bachelor's and 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours
- Work experience only: 4,000 hours of supervised clinical hours
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs highly preferred
- Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences
- Ability to accurately observe and document child behavior
- Effective communication in the English language
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with keyboarding skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion
- Full-time or Part-time: Monday-Friday, during standard business hours
- Locations: Richfield, MN
- Pay: Starting at $23.56 per hour, dependent on qualifications
