Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to administer contracts, negotiate with customers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of Contracts and Continuous Improvement to achieve these goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three to five years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Paralegal preferred.
  • Government contracts experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with administering contracts involving Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend proposals and contracts.
  • Comfortable providing counsel, guidance, and direction to stakeholders with authority and confidence.
