Our Services

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist who aligns with TCT's core values and dedication to supporting families and our team.

Leadership and Support
Our organizational structure ensures that you will have a direct manager and a Lead Occupational Therapist available for clinical guidance, training, and documentation support.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active licensure in South Carolina
  • Experience in sensory and feeding therapy is advantageous
  • Prior pediatric experience through employment or clinical rotation is mandatory

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

- Salary with bonus commission opportunities
- Salary range: $58,000-$85,000+, based on experience and productivity
