Master Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Heritage Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, and circuit breakers.
• Work from blueprints, drawings, layouts, and other specifications to ensure accurate and efficient installation and repair.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Use a variety of electrical tools and measuring and testing equipment to ensure accurate and safe work practices.
• Design and build control boxes and robotic welding cells, and teach robot weld programs to communicate with PLC programs.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of 24V DC controls, 120V-480V, 1 phase and 3 phase power, and other electrical systems.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Formal schooling and years of experience in the electrical mechanical maintenance field.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and circuit board evaluation.
• Ability to design and build control boxes and robotic welding cells.
• Experience with various brands of programmable controllers, HMI, vision systems, drives, and related software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
