Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Women's Health department, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
