CNC Machinist Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist Operator to join our team at Fitz Machine. As a CNC Machinist Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, setting up and programming machines, and ensuring high-quality production.

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts
• Set up and program machines to achieve efficient cycle times
• Load raw materials, deburr finished parts, and measure finished parts
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain equipment
• Communicate effectively with engineers, employees, and supervisors to develop improvements to the machining process

• Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and programming software (Mastercam 2022)
• Strong mechanical skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
