Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiology

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology team in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on cardiovascular health and disease management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements:
  • Current MA RN license required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, with a focus on cardiovascular care.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
