About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and executing business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, as well as customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Expectations: Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded through effective customer service and relationship-building.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct meetings with subordinate employees, maintain effective vendor relationships, and build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
  • Business Performance: Drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, provide customer service, and perform P&L analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills, integrity, and accountability at the managerial level.
