Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Program Promotion: Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Supporting Clinic Flow: Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Client Growth: Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Critical thinking, excellent math and computer skills, ability to multitask, and great people skills.
