Job Title: Weekdays Overnight House Supervision

Lydia's House of Hope is seeking a responsible and motivated individual to join our team as an Overnight House Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing house activity and interacting with residents and their children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and engage with residents and activities as needed
  • Report on curfews for residents and maintain a log of daily events
  • Enlist proper safety and security measures as instructed
  • Support the mission, vision, goals, and values of Seeds of Faith, Inc and Lydia's House of Hope
Requirements:
  • Female with confidence and initiative to manage and redirect residents
  • Previous experience working at a residency program
  • Motivated individual with ability to handle conflict calmly and efficiently
  • Organized and confident with strong leadership skills
  • Criminal Background/sex offender check/drug testing required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma and secondary school or adult learning preferred
  • Valid NH Driver's License and good driving record
  • Two working references

This is a drug-free, alcohol, and tobacco-free facility.
