Job Title: Employment Counsel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and counsel to management and Human Resource professionals on labor and employment law matters.
  • Facilitate legal training and manage outside counsel on employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate employment-related risks and ensure compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

  • Competitive base pay between $193,000 and $290,100.
