Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Aircraft Dismantling Supervisor to join Ascent Aviation in Marana, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the dismantling of aircraft and ensuring that all work performed complies with applicable technical data, FAA regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all work performed meets quality standards, adhering to technical data and FAA regulations.">
• Evaluate schedules and estimate work-hour requirements to meet production deadlines.">
• Supervise the review of non-preplanned documents to identify tooling requirements and provide timely estimates for maintenance.">
• Maintain accurate records of time and production, ensuring compliance with existing regulations and procedures.">
• Interpret company policies, enforce safety regulations, and promote quality standards among employees.">
• Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations to management regarding personnel actions.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with prior supervisory experience.">
• An A&P License and current valid Arizona driver's license.">
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and supervise a team.">
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).">

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$85,000.

Location
