Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Contributes to the overall success of the organization by maintaining involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and departmental strategic goals and objectives.
  • Teamwork: Works collaboratively with colleagues and patients to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients.
