Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision: Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of areas to confirm cleanliness and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Staff Coordination: Ensure all staff are present and clocked in, documenting any attendance issues.
  • Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
  • Task Management: Prepare and distribute daily assignment sheets, adjusting priorities as needed throughout the shift.
  • Equipment Oversight: Check all cleaning equipment for proper supplies and functionality, instructing staff on necessary corrections.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for new staff and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a professional environment among colleagues and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience, though we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals.
