Customer Service Representative

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience at our quick service restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our guests
  • Serve food and beverages in a clean and welcoming environment
  • Process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register
  • Prioritize tasks to meet kitchen and dining guest needs
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to operating standards
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling food and equipment
  • Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and coworkers
What We're Looking For:
  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
  • Previous food service experience a plus
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
