We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Allied Digestive Health in Brooklyn, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient health problems while coordinating care in collaboration with physicians.
Job SummaryThe Full-Time Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner in Brooklyn, NY is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing health statuses, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans for patients with various gastrointestinal disorders.
This role requires prior gastroenterology experience and involves working closely with our physicians in a beautiful office setting. You will have the potential to work with diverse patient backgrounds and develop your skills as a licensed practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health statuses and diagnose conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
Education and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- MUST HAVE GASTROENTEROLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE
- Current Licensure in NY in good standing
- Current DEA certificate
- Proficient in EMR and Telehealth required
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
