About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Texas Roadhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dish room.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the dishwashing machine to ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Monitor and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent bacterial growth.
  • Organize and restock the dish room as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Basic knowledge of dishwashing chemicals and equipment.
