Job Description

A Branch Banking-Client Consultant I is a vital role in providing customers with high-quality financial services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance, including outstanding deposits, loans, and non-interest income. Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team members to achieve growth targets.
  • Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints. Deliver client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
  • Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving for no controllable preventable losses. Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
  • 0 – 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
