Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Advanced Oral Surgery & Periodontics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and Evaluate: Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Registered nurse with current state license and at least two years of experience in a surgical setting.
  • Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to observe patient physical condition, record operations accurately, communicate effectively, exercise tact and good judgment, and multitask and prioritize work.
