Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain production by matching ink for orders
* Produce mid-run ink additions
* Maintain quality standards by verifying weight and contents of inks
* Conduct in-process batch color matching
* Document all process events
* Approve batches for printing operations
* Input ink mix formulations into color computer
* Provide necessary information to replacement shifts
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift 40 or more pounds
* Ability to obtain forklift certification
* Basic computer skills
* Mechanical aptitude
