Job Responsibilities:
  • Tax Return Preparation:
    Accurately prepare federal and state tax returns for various entities, including S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals.
  • Tax Strategy Development:
    Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients, fostering proactive financial strategies.
  • Utilization of Tax Software:
    Employ tax software for efficient preparation and processing of tax returns.
  • Tax Research:
    Conduct independent research to remain informed about changes and trends in tax legislation.
  • Client Relations:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and delivering tailored tax advice.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax preparation, encompassing the responsibilities outlined above.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on accurate issue resolution.
Proficiency in tax accounting and return preparation.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Familiarity with a major ERP system.
Highly detail-oriented.
