About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical/Hardware Engineer to join our team in a Sustaining role. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and modifying electrical/electronic parts, components, and systems for our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own platform technical accountability for field quality, open issues, second source efforts, and new feature assessment and validation.
  • Lead multiple project teams of electrical hardware engineers, extended engineering functional teams, and internal/outsourced development partners for all stages of electrical hardware design and development.
  • Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and system development.
  • Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards.
  • Provide domain-specific expertise and overall electrical/electronic hardware and platform leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Typically 6-10 years of experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in overall architecture of electronic hardware for products and solutions.
  • Designing and integrating electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms into overall architecture.
  • Evaluating and proposing forms of empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate component, circuit, and hardware designs and thermal/emissions management.
