About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support adults with IDD in Lewiston and surrounding communities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. Experience is welcomed but not required, as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
Benefits

Full time status= 30+ hours per week.

Requirements
A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
